Mad Hatter Necklace
Description
This necklace is a dainty whimsical portrait inspired by the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland. A bi-color tourmaline fading from green to pink alongside two pink pear-shaped tourmalines form the hat, flaring out on either side like a wild brim. Below, two round diamonds sparkle as the eyes, and a small round green tourmaline makes the nose.
It is a one of a kind cluster necklace entirely handcrafted with solid 14k yellow gold. It feels playful and a little mischievous while still looking like fine jewelry. It hangs from a fine 14k yellow gold chain at the collarbone, a conversation starter on its own or layered with simpler chains.
Tourmaline is the October birthstone, associated with creativity, joy, and a bit of rule-breaking. It’s a great gift for an October birthday, for a lifelong Alice in Wonderland fan, or for anyone who believes the best people are a little bit mad.
Material: solid 14k yellow gold.
Size: the pendant is about 3/4 in (17mm) wide and the chain is 18 inches long.
Care: Remove before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth. Store separately to avoid tangling.

Measure your neck circumference
- Stand up straight, relax your shoulders.
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the narrowest part of your neck, just below the Adam's apple.
- Keep the tape snug but not tight and parallel to the ground
Find out your necklace length
Length will depend on your neck size and your preferred necklace fit, as outlined below:
- Small: neck size between 12.5 and 13.5in (31.8 to 34cm).
- Medium: neck size between 13.5 and 14.5in (34 to 37cm).
- Large: neck size between 14.5 and 15.5in (37 to 39cm).
Other factors to consider
- Every necklace comes with a 2" adjustment chain in addition to the length you selected.
- Chest size: avoid having a pendant falling just between the breasts.
- Height of the pendant to add to the avorall fall point of the chain.
- Type of collar worn with the jewelry and style preference.
