Please note that Sale or Custom items (custom ring sizes, enamel colors or designs) are strictly non refundable.
We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy wearing your jewelry. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously made by hand in our New York City based studio which makes it unique and beautiful and may result in very slight modification from the picture you saw on the website. If for some reason the piece you received is not what you expected, you may return it under the following criteria:
1- Within 10 days of receipt you must email email@example.com to inform us of the reason why you are returning the item and please also provide your original order number.
2- The pieces you are returning must be unworn, intact, in their original packaging. We will not accept returns for items that have been heavily worn or damaged.
3- The returned item are mailed back within 3 days of return email authorization. The customer is kindly responsible for return shipping costs. The jewelry must be shipped back in its original packaging in a bubble padded mailer. If the items are damaged or lost during the return shipment we are not responsible and can not provide a refund.
4- Once the returned items are received by us and the conditions criteria listed above are met, we will issue a refund within 48 hours to the payment method used in your original order and of the value of the returned items, the original shipping cost is non refundable. Your credit card company may take 3 to 7 business days to credit your account with the refunded amount.
